Returns & Exchanges
Returns are for exchange or STORE CREDIT ONLY less the shipping costs as all shipping costs are non-refundable. Please read below to make sure your items match the conditions of which to be able to return your item(s). At this time, the customer is responsible for return shipping.
Merchandise MUST be returned in its original condition (UNWORN, UNWASHED, UNALTERED), in original packaging if applicable, with ALL TAGS ATTACHED (NO EXCEPTIONS!) Items sent back with makeup stains, deodorant stains, pet hair, damage, cuts from self-attempted sewing/fixing, washed, or with a smoke smell will NOT be accepted. (please understand due to allergies and asthma of other customers, we have to be strict on this.)

WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO REFUSE ANY RETURNS RECEIVED 14 DAYS AFTER THE POSTMARKED DELIVERY DATE OR IF WE DETERMINE THAT THE MERCHANDISE DOES NOT MEET OUR RETURN POLICY. MAKE SURE ONCE YOUR RETURN IS APPROVED BY US, THAT YOU SHIP IT OUT PRIOR TO THE 14 DAY RETURN POLICY. IF IT IS SHIPPED OUT PAST THE 14 DAYS, WE HAVE THE RIGHT TO REFUSE THE RETURN. SO PLEASE BE SURE TO READ THE POLICY IN ITS ENTIRETY.
WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY LOST/DAMAGED RETURN PACKAGES. WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR PACKAGES THAT WERE DELIVERED TO THE WRONG ADDRESS IF THE ADDRESS LISTED ON OUR LABEL WAS CORRECT. WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR THEFT ONCE THE PACKAGE HAS LEFT OUR STORE AND TRACKING SHOWS IT. YOU MUST CONTACT YOUR LOCAL POSTAL CARRIER FOR THEIR MISTAKE. WE CAN ASSIST BUT ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE. CLAIMS MUST BE FILED WITH THE CARRIER IF THE CARRIER IS AT FAULT WHICH USUALLY IS A 30-DAY REQUIRED WAITING PERIOD.
UNDELIVERABLE PACKAGES:

DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, OR WRONG ITEM[S]:
We inspect and sign for all items that go out since we are a small business and want to ensure quality control. However, should you receive a damaged, defective or wrong item(s) please send us a photo of the damaged or defective item to roseandthomboutique@gmail.com
